If Nebo hierichonticus is an adult, i would say possibly gravid.
Liocheles waigiensis: possibly gravid
Hottentota hottentotta: possibly initial stage of gestation, am not sure.. i have some
pics on a gravid specimen for your reference. They are nearing popping date when the pics are taken.
As for Scorpio maurus palmatus, I'm guessing she's still a sub-adult, i might be wrong though..
How big are each of the above specimens? Body length alone (prosoma+mesosoma) excluding tail length.
