I have my IR bulb on 24 hours a day is that bad for the scorpion even though she has 2 hides on the hot side and 2 hides on the cool side?

That would really depend on the temp and the humidity ....24 hours of IR light will not be bad but ......you need to see temp and humidity to see if it is excessive

no stays around 87-90 on hot side always like 70-75 on cool side and humidity is at 80-95
