live asparagus fern with emperors?

I have a live asparagus fern planted in my terrarium with my emperor, he seems to like crawling under and around the plant. however i just learned that this plant is poisonous to animals if they eat it. will this be a problem, i don't know if scorps try to munch plants at all....

The scorpion probably wouldnt munch it, you'd just have to worry about crickets eating it and passing it along if you feel in the cage. Idk if you grew the plant or transplanted it.., but if you transplanted it, make sure you completely exposed and washed the roots

Ah, i just let him hunt his own crickets in the cage, ill just transfer it to a hanging pot and keep it in my living room instead. thanks for the info.
Moss would be ok right? im looking at this zoo med frog moss that is dried out, but comes back to life if you water it in your terrarium.

As a fun side note(if you didn't already know) with poisonous plants... That's why poison dart frogs aren't poisonous in captivity. They eat insects in the wild that pass on the poison from whatever plant they get it from. Rendering them poisonous in the wild, but not in your living room, lol

I did not know that about the dart frogs, I assumed captive ones were still poisonous.
