Are all Euscorpius species basically the same to care for?

Everyone says E. flavicaudis are easy to care for but there's a few people on here and other forums that have had difficulties with juveniles and adults. I personally lost one of my adults very soon after getting it. Whether this was my fault or just old age, I don't know.

However, my two remaining adults have been no trouble at all and the 20 odd babies are still going strong.

My E. italicus has so far been very easy to care for. I have been keeping it nearly the same as my E. flavicaudis. The only difference is I have had a heat mat on the enclosure over the summer. I'm going to turn it off in the coming weeks to simulate a winter cooling period.

A bit of a winter cooling period is probably a good idea with all Euscorpius as even Mediterranean/ Southern areas of Europe cool down a lot in the middle of winter.
