So I finally got the 2i Androctonus bicolors out of their hide... got about ten into deli cups and thought I was almost done and I put my tongs into a crevice and BAM I guess I missed a whole lot more than I thought the first go.
Final count is a healthy 34, this is how many I missed the first time...
This little guy is in ICU until his molts make his one chelae viable again, not sure how this injury happened, maybe at the molt from 1i-2i.

Congrats! I really hope mine pop soon. Female number one has blocked off her entrance...

I found if you put em in loose sand they just make a crater instead of making a burrow, easier to see when they pop

Yeah, that's how I was keeping them originally while I prepped their permanent enclosures. I wanted them to be comfortable and to stimulate their natural behaviors, but it's going to be a nightmare when they finally pop, and I'll have no idea when it actually takes place...

It took place about a week to 10days after the crater was made for both, dunno if that helps you any.
