hahahaha what a situation you are in eh!
Maybe they are just fasting, ate before you got them and are nice and full up.

Are your crickets shop bought?

instead of putting in a few in a weeks time, pop in just one. Maybe too many in the tank makes them think "eugh, cant eat all that"

xxxxxxx

They could be cold, or stressed/scared, or they could be full already, about to molt.
Many things.

Just wait a week or two adn try again.

And you're lucky to get to just "collect" these.
I payed 40 dollares for one

AH, I get you now Umar.

No worries, give them some time. There's really nothing to worry about when it comes to scorpions fasting(though seeing them eat relieves me from any thought that they might be starving).

wild caught could have problems inside them, as well as pesticides that can harm the scorpions.
You can order crickets online from online stores.

Maybe the scorpions arent eating them because they can "smell" a problem with them?

i dont think i can get deliveries to Morocco, not boxes of crickets anyways even the closest African supplier (South Africa) wont send to me here.
i take the crickets from exactly the same places that i take the scorpions and the area that i collect in is farmland owned by members from my family and they farm naturally as do most of the locals (thats my understanding anyway)

I think that in this case the best bet is to collect wild food -- I know everyone teaches against it, but it can't be too bad an option if they prey is caught from the same area as the scorpion would be getting it to begin with.

Anywho, Umar, they're just yanking your chain. ALL scorpions are predatory, and I'm not aware of anything that feeds on dirt.

As for why your scorpions won't eat, scorpions fast all the time (especially if approaching a molt* or gravid), and it's also normal for them not to eat when they're stressed -- such as when they're in a new environment and haven't set up a little territory.

Set them up in a terrarium, give them a hiding spot, and wait a week or two. Then try feeding again. Smile
