Nice man. Should be delivering you some broods any time now. I just had a gravid P. boreus drop a brood on me. Not sure yet just how many there are... Get them flightless fruit flies culturing soon!

Thanks Street, Uh, anything else you can feed them cause I have no idea where to wrangle those flies.

Bedlam, Yessir. I thought it would be better than the same old pic of a scorpion. LOL

Sure. I'll bet they'll take down some little crickets. They are tiny little guys though. Probably want to head crush them.

Thanks Street, I was planning on pre-killed. How long until they can tackle live prey, like if I tear off the jump legs, and stuff like that? Also, just in general what do baby P. Boreus need as far as care? Like P. Boreus Vs. P. Imperator?

Same care as the adults, but more humidity. Keep them separate until they are adults and keep a spot in a corner moist every night. They should do fine. Most scorpions at i2 are fully capable of taking down live prey smaller than themselves, or even the same size. I'd try to feed them a couple of times before offering live food though.

taahahaha i like how you put the names in the pics.
people have luck with headcrushed and prekilled crix.i did not.i even chopped up crix and mealworms.my c.sculpts left it untouched just a mess for me to clean up.

i had luck with micro crickets and flightless fruit flies.
you can find both at petco or any specialty shop should have em.petsmart and petco were the closest places to get my crix and they hated me because i would go in and make them pick out the smallest of the smallest crix and fifty of em each week til the petco got some more fff.
congrats to you and your scorp mommas.

Might be easiest to just breed some crix actually. Check Shebeen's thread on it. He's got a good system going.
