You sure the first one is a B.jacksoni? Sure doesn't look like it to me, looks like a female R. junceus

Always wanted a judaicus, promised myself I wouldn't get another Hottentotta sp until my H.hottentotta's start popping but I think i'll get a judaicus first, or maybe a jayakari.... I'll fli a coin when the time comes.

Tbh contrary to popular belief I dont think humidity has that much of an impact on moulting.
Or you have a good moult or you have a bad moult. The moult itself is not influenced that much with moistureness I think.

When your scorpion is hydrated enough from before it started to moult, then it will be fine without the added wetness.

I do concur that having a vivarium a bit more moist before or during a moult wont harm anything but I doubt it helps much.

For deserts for instance, I mist once a month. And scorplings I mist every morning. But thats it.

Again, its my opinion and your bugs.. So do what you want with them.

Thx for tips Pluto.
The humidity is about 70%. When i put the lid (have many holes for ventilation) I think is slightly lower. You think is too much yet?

Gestation may range between 2.5 to 4.5 months on average.
