hi everyone.
i just had an idea, well lots of people probably had this idea before. does anybody use propagators for scorpions, tarantulas, millipedes, centipedes etc
i have one and and am wondering if this would work for inverts.
would there be enough ventilation, heat and humidity etc?

To be honest I don't think propagators would be any good for scorps. You couldn't easily heat it properly and it would be so easy for the scorpion to make a run for it when you took the lid off lol. The tray on the bottom is also not very deep so it would be useless when keeping burrowing scorpions such as emperors. Just my opinion though lol.

yeah i tried it and am regretting it, it was either that or i'd take the scorps back since i lost the lid to the old tank, mum doesnt appreciate them lol. it does work really well considering, the scorps are only small and you keep tabs on them when doing work. they are E. flavicaudis, from near where i live, so temperature is not an issue. this would not make a good home for an emp.
like callum said, no good for burrowers, but it'll have do do until i can splash for a big faunarium (which are like £15, i'm poor, well 15 lol)

Yeah lol they would have never burrowed in their lives living in a wall so that is strange :/
