I'm willing to spend about 50 US Dollars on a Humidity/Temperature reader. I understand some really do suck and as I have never bought one before, I thought someone could help me out. Preferably from Gonna use it for my future 150 gallon Emperor Scorpion tank that I am gathering the supplies for.

In my experience and opinion, there really is no need for them. However, here are a few links I found with good reviews on hygrometer/thermometer combos. I think you can just stick them in your tank. They're digital ones as well.

I usually go for the one with the best reviews (most consistent reviews as well). Better to let others be the test dummies on a product than me lol. One of them is $41 but has the best reviews and the other two are $14. Good luck!
