hi guys i got a scorpion last sunday and its been a week now and he has not eatern also i read thet if a scorpion spends most of the night walking around the tank that they are unhappy with the conditions and they are trying to find a new place is this true and last i also read that if a scorpion is thin it is unhealthy and if it is bloated it is healthy is this also true

ps i wish to post some pictures to this topic so would someone be able to tell me how

well first things first.
#1 what kind of scorpion is it?
#2 whats the heat & humidity?
well you get the idea...

and as far as posting pics just use the image tags,

It's not all true that if they walk around they are unhappy! If you just got it a week ago it will walk around to explore the enclosure...
About the feeding, you should wait to feed it for about a week when you get it, so it can settle in in the new enclosure... And scorpions can go for weeks without eating..
And too thin or too fat is both not a good thing... But how big it should be depends on the species so please post pics...

months actually, and they tend to fast before molts and for various other reasons, but its nothing to worry about.
flat rock scorpions (hadogenes paucidens) have been known to go a year without food.

temp 20-50 degrees celsious
humidity 20-50%
