Solpugid !!

has anyone had any experiance with these freaky little critters, i know someone who wants to get rid of one but im not sure if i should??????

Bro i have tried to keep these like 6 times and i have friends that have done the same
and they seem to just not do well in captivity,
the longest i have been able to keep them was almost a year
with no sign of ill health or any thing of the sort
and out of know where Dead as a doornail...

yeah i have heard that they are hard to keep , just wonderd if anyone has had any luck obviously not lol. i might take it of him anyway, he dont want anything for it, ill just try not to stress it out.

Yeah i thought it was a BC but i did think it was a JR V 7 o well i must be getting old lol
yep i play, well not much jamming anymore but it was my living/party lol
well up til 13 years ago i was with Brother Cain and when i had a son i had to raise by myself, that has a way of putting things into perspective ya know.
i have been out your way on tour before
it was a blast and met lots of good people...

nice one, i mean i dont get to play as much as i use to, when i was 13 id come running home from school and play all day everyday but now im lucky if i can play a couple hours a day what with work and women lol its a brilliant instrument to express yourself. i would love to do a tour outside of the UK but the furthest we have ever got is Ireland.

I heard they just don't live that long? Not in captivity and not in nature, they just have a short lifespan as adults!

When I was in the army there was a lot of crap going around about this "camel spider" from those who had been to iraq.. Some simulare things about it attacking humans unprovoked and how it laid in ambush under the toilet seats, just so it could take a chunk out of your ass and also that it was deadly venoumus And when I was training for afghanistan we where warned in a simulare way from people who was supposed to know what they were talking about lol

It's a cool creature and I would love to get one, but because I heard it have such a short lifespan, i don't really wanna pay money fr it!

lol yeah i dunno why people think they are venomus it aint got any venom glands (as far as i know) people say they have an anithestic (spelling lol) so you wouldnt be able to tell if one is bitting you lol
