| So About 2 weeks ago my roommate, being the idiot that he is, decided to buy a second Emp and bring it home expecting to just toss it in my enclosure. Needless to say when he got home I denied this and the new Emp spent the evening in the plastic box he came in. When I woke up the next morning I noticed Jack(my scorpion) was sticking halfway out of her hide. It was strange because she never does this in the mornings. I ignored it and left the room to find the plastic box sitting on the kitchen table with no scorpion in it. I went back to my tank and picked up the wooden hide to find that the Emp poking half out of the hide had been partly eaten. I knew just from looking that it was the new scorpion that was the victim here. This was confirmed when I checked the sex, Jack is a female and the new one was a male. Below is the pic I took after removing the hide. I have no question here because I know what went wrong and tried to avert it before it happened. | |

| If you are using photobucket use the img code instead, or just take the url (http://img.photocuckt....3.jpg) and stuff it in (left sqaure bracket)img(right square bracket) here (left square bracket)/img(right square bracket) (sorry the actual way you type it will not show up because of the way the browser renders the code but hopefully get what I'm saying Hopefully lesson learned for the roommate, too bad it had to be the hard way, not fair to the scorp and most importantly thankfully it was your scorp that came out ok, I hope she didn't have any injuries! | |

| Well, at least your scorpion had a nice meal and it wasn't the other way around lol Was there anything else in the tank when you found it? Maybe they mated | |

| Sorry to hear that, but as the others said at least it wasn't your scorp nor your fault in any way. | |
