| wow is that actually yours?!?! i have never seen the tails coming from a segment usually its from the base! thats seriously weird! do they both work and does it use both at once to hunt? |

| very nice mutation. Keep extra watch for this one especially during molts... a di-metasomal split at the forth segment is a very cool specimen anomaly to raise to full-maturity. keep every discarded exoskeleton.
If this one is a parthenogenic female then wlah... chances are half her offspring will have double-tails as well.

| From what I understand, two-tailedness isn't genetic -- or if it is, it skips a generation, because in the only report I've read of a female with two metasomas giving birth, all her offspring had only one.
