Hey I just got my scorpion and it came with orchid bark. I kow its meant to have coconut fibre but i dont want to change the substrate , straight away because i dont want to disturb the scorpion too much so how long should i leave it before i change the substrate?nge the substrate
You should change it immediately. I'm sure it'll be more comfortable even if it's straight away. They require humidity, so that bark is definitely not doing anything good anyways.
and yeah i had to spray it about 3+ times a day when I was keeping toads, thw woodchips are pretty useless
