Hey there
Looks like a healthy emp

However, you'll have to put it on some cocofiber or peat moss instead of those wood chips.
Emps are forest scorpions and need moist, humid environments and one of the best substrates to hold humidity is cocofiber.

As for your question, I'm not sure.
We'd first have to see if it's even a female. But from the looks of it, it appears to be an adult scorpion.
To sex it, you'd need a pic of its underside, where the pectines are. From that area we may be able to determine male/female. Some people have taken the pic by placing the scorpion in a clear container or a clear plastic bag for the shot.

How old do you think it is since you say it is already fully grown?

You cannot tell the age of a scorpion unless you raised it from birth. It could be one year old or it could be five - you just can't tell.

However, you can tell what instar it is. As yours is mature, it will be 6th instar if it is a male or 7th instar if it is a female.
