Molting or Problems?

So if you guys remember me, I was the guy with the male and the female scorpions with the male never eating and the female really aggressive. So my male might have another problem. First of all, I'd like to say he hasn't been eating from then till now, but because of you guy's answers, I'm not too worry. So basically all he has been doing is staying under his bark for the past 3 weeks. I've never seen him come out, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't come out at night either. So today, because i was anxious about him not coming out, I flip over his log to check on him, and he was lying flat on the ground with his tail curved to the side(on the ground but not straight) I was worried and poked him a few times, he didn't seem to acknowledge at all and his "reactions" just might be my imagination at work. So I went to the internet to check on molting. When i came back, he moved back into his log, showing that he's not dead. I just wanted to ask, is their any clear sign that he's molting? none of the places i went to had answers. He's not particularly fat, only slightly (he came slightly fat). His Teslon is sort of a yellow orangish color. Oh and btw, his color changed slightly, from the original brownish to a simi brown orange color. Any and all help will be appreciated!! oh, and if he is molting, how long should it take?

i am pretty sure he is molting, a different shading of his natural colors will show and he probably will not want to eat for a while (explaining eating problems) also like you said he will seem fatter. but give him time. molting can go on for days and iv even heard a few weeks? but he should be fine.

Also from what I have read, not saying I know all that much I am a newb at this, the conditions need to be perfect for them during the molt to help..

It doesn't seem like he's ready to molt as he's not overly large or bulging. He is probably just hanging out under the bark and is not hungry.

Yeh, its not molting. Emperors will fast for long periods of time, never forget that. Weeks, months, even up to as year without food.

When he is ready to molt, he will be hugely fat and I mean HUGE. The tergites (plates on his back) will become very spaced out and the heart is often visible (black chord). He will refuse food and possibly take refuge in his burrow.

When this happens just pour some water onto your coco fibre and then leave it be. This will give you sufficient humidity for its molt.

thanks for all the help guys, this morning i went to check on him and he seriously looks dead... no matter where i touched him he didn't move and he was at exactly the same spot last night. I'm preparing for the worst but not giving up all hope yet. And he isn't bulging at all, just slightly fatter than the other one I have.

with moving make sure hes not too cold, a cold tank for almost any terrarium kept animal will mean slow or even no movement

I can atest to the cold thing, my roommate left the windows open in the apartment the other night and I came back thinking my girl was dead.. But then she warmed up and started moving, when she was cold no matter how much I prod at her she would NOT move.
She was out with her buddy last night catching crickets.

Make sure the tank is warm and humid and leave him for a little bit. Sometimes they do this and then "come back" or recover suddenly.

The tank is a little cool, but I have a heating pad installed, but he never seemed to want to go there though
