it seems like a mixture of 50% sand and 50% coco-fibre works well for this sp in my experience. so far the death under this mixture is the least ... and they grew well from 2i til now

juz molted ... 6i

Great pix as usual and good advise; appreciate it much. The LQ I got from you are still "plump" and starting to show the signs of molting.

yes.. a new cabinet where i am able to sercue a lock on it's door is the process (too many hot sp which made me felt uncomfortable - a lock mage me slepp thru the night for sure lol .... ) and currently i am experimenting with bone dry landscape. ( any thanks to hauser for his great idea and sam for helping out in the material )

What type of substrate is that?

is it a mixture of fine sand and earth clay ....

I like using that mix for xeric species.
