I've been looking at google and can't find anything but does anyone know if there are scorps you can't have in the US without a permit?

Large quantites of calcium is detrimental to the health of your scorpion.

I don't know about small quantities of it though. But I do know that it is not neccessary whatsoever

The only US laws I've heard of were in individual cities; generally, anything goes if you can find it.

Regarding calcium, scorpions are fed something very close to their natural diet in captivity, so you don't really need to supplement with anything. Reptiles are fed what's convenient and what may not always have the full nutritional requirements in it, which is why so many nutrient supplements are available for reptiles.
