Worst scorpion that escaped from you

What was it, how did it escape, where/did you find it?

Mine was a C.Elegans that escaped because I left the snapping top with a little open crack. I found it under bed sheets that where hanging off the bed onto the floor.

Before that it was a H.Spinifer that I guess climbed up by grabbing onto a tube which was part of a humid display thing. I found it like a week later cold behind a wall.

I had a baby U. mordax escape during a collecting trip once . . .

I think that was about it.

A H.spinifer that had escaped without me realising and I nearly stood on it one night when I went for a pee in the downstairs toilet... luckily it stridulated rather loudly!

that could have been rather painful being tagged on the foot!

spinifer scoplings climbed the siliconed corners of the aquarium. i don't have a proper lid. still under construction

H.Laoticus, 2 escaped from their community tank, I had no lids, still it is too high up for them. I'm still puzzled till today. Maybe they climbed onto each other from a corner and 2 managed to get to the top. Found 1 but the other is still missing.

well im pretty sure, but not certain, that i lost a bunch of hoffmanius spinigerus babies.
other than that none lost

A B. vagans once got out of its cup on the way home from where I bought it. In the car was my gf, my two sisters and a friend. One stressed vagans, three crazy girls, my friend trying to get it and me driving the car doing about 60mph down the road. That was "fun".

also my two emperors got out one time. I came home and found my cat being very interested in something underneath the small refrigerator in my room. The cat is crazy so I didn't care. But then I saw the tank doors were open and no scorpions inside... I could now understand what the cat was interested in. I got the one the cat found and put him back in the tank.
The other one I found in my pants that were laying on the floor.

Also my G. rosea has escaped a ton of times. I had an old tank with no locks or anything on. She could easily open the sliding glassdoors by herself. I found her on the floor walking about, in a flowerpot, and once in my bed when I woke up. ^^
