Here's my new little beauties Very Happy

Brachisosternus sp. - probably one of the most beautiful scorpions I have ever seen Very Happy

Hadrurus arizonensis pallidus

Calchas nordmanni - My one Very Happy

This one we believe is gravid (looking after for Ray)- although it doesn't look like it from this angle! next to a milk bottle cap for size comparison

Iurus dufoureius - my little juvi - about same size as the Calchas nordmanni

Ray pregnant female, about 5" long - She actually attacked the camera lens when I took these pictures!!!

Euscorpius carpathicus - just a touch over 1cm long - adult size - gravid female - again looking after this for Ray

and last but not least.... Heterometrus madraspatensis poss gravid.

Some Urodacus spp. and Euscorpis spp. look identical to Uroctonus spp. at a glance, so it's probably just a coincidence.

Defo sure it's carpathicus Very Happy She was collected on a field trip in Turkey. along with the Iurus and Calchas

I believe that Uradacus Elongatus lives in gullies and hillsides within the Flinders Ranges of South Australia and gets quite a lot bigger than my wee lassy Very Happy
They can reach sizes of upto 10cm whereas my little girl is just approx 12mm full size!
