Brachisosternus sp. - probably one of the most beautiful scorpions I have ever seen Very Happy

This one we believe is gravid (looking after for Ray)- although it doesn't look like it from this angle! next to a milk bottle cap for size comparison

I brought my Bothurius sp. as a 'Black backed Long Claw' scorpion

Sorry just had a look, I brought them as a Black Masked, Large claw scorpion

as usual i wish i had more money/space for new monsters, i didn't get a chance to really scope out what was there this time. think i won't bother with a table next time...

omg ur Euscorpius carpathicus looks identical to my Uradacus Elongatus in that photo r u 100% sure its not because the resemblence is freaky lol

Some Urodacus spp. and Euscorpis spp. look identical to Uroctonus spp. at a glance, so it's probably just a coincidence.

Defo sure it's carpathicus Very Happy She was collected on a field trip in Turkey. along with the Iurus and Calchas

I believe that Uradacus Elongatus lives in gullies and hillsides within the Flinders Ranges of South Australia and gets quite a lot bigger than my wee lassy Very Happy
They can reach sizes of upto 10cm whereas my little girl is just approx 12mm full size!
