| Looks like she's gonna pop soon. My girl isn't that big yet and I've had her since 6/10/2008.
How long have you had her for?

| I believe they're the plates on the scorp's back. If that's correct, Mike's talking about the new exo under the old one. He's also hinting at a molt I'm a noob when it comes to scorpion anatomy (and explaining things). I need to study up. | |

| Here's two old pics of my gravid Bothriurus sp. (taken in August of last year; possibly after a small meal. I forget ...): Mike, Connie, and Lisa have all told me that they think she's gravid in an old thread. I think you may just have a molter. *fingers crossed* | |

| Erm ... Idk. I was making tired assumptions.
Do you see any blobs through the side of the membrane? If you're unsure, can you get a macro shot of her side?
Also, how big is she? My girl is about 1.5" (never measured her).

I think you may just have a molter. She's about the same size, unfortunately i dont have a decent enough camera to take a macro shot

| with small species it is hard to tell if they are gravid or in premolt.
I find the easiest way to spot the bambino's is to look under the 'belly' they are usually easier to spot there. especially in yellow coloured scorpions, you can see them quite well
