Is THIS the male you were asking about his life being over?!

scratch That sure looks like an adult female to me. Male roseas have small abdomens and are very "leggy."

Can you get a clear shot of one of the front legs, or the pedipalps?

Lol and he does have a small abdomen and very long legs the photo is very deceiving he had his legs scrunched under him and the camera was fuzzy he has very noticable hooks and round black balls on the end of his pedipalps. My sister in-law has my cam right now but I wil get better shots.You disapeared for a couple days eh?

Nah, it's just that Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class early in the morning and don't always bother getting on in the evening.

After that description it does sound like a male after all . . . shoot, that picture had me goin' for a minute. Smile

I kinda wish it was a female then I know he would have more years on him. But aren't females a little less docile?

oh ours can be ok one day then do a half hearted threat pose another. she was totally placid before her last shed, now we have to exercise a little more caution... flicky hairs are annoying!
