Good-lookin' brood. Very Happy It's reassuring to see newcomers to the hobby doing it right.

I just separated the mom from the babies. I put them in their own cups with a piece of cricket in there so hopefully the continue to eat.

They are SO cute.

Awesome! What are your temps and feeding schedule?

I havent changed feeding schedule at all just uped the amount of food.I feed them once a week 12 adult crickets and 24 tiny crickets smaller than the babies....I have 2 adults and about 18 to 20 babies....alot of the baby crickets dont get eaten but the mother ALWAYS kills adult crickets and brings them into the burrow for the babies....I just like getting the small crickets so they can do some hunting on their own....Ive never headcrushed crickets or anything I dont see a reason....Just today I dumped a load of baby crickets into the burrow while some scorps were fresh outa molts and they are all doing fine.

Temps change from room temp around 75f to about low 90's when I turn heatlamp on...I usually turn the heat lamp on the day of feeding to get them all real active and leave it on for about 24 hours...When the heat lamp is off the babies are pressed up against the heat pad so Im sure its higher than 75 for them even when the lamp is off FYI

Once I saw they were starting to molt into 3I, I drenched the substrate right above the burrow with water so much so it was dripping on them a bit and loaded the false bottom up as well to boost humidity up real high....

This is my first brood and Im sure some people might not agree with some things I do (like feeding) but so far I havent lost a single baby to my knowlage......

Hope I could be of some help
