PostSubject: Unknown from Panama   2/14/2009, 4:50 pm

Snipes, a friend of mine and Lori's from AB, is currently in Panama. She teased a scorpion out of a tree and was wondering what it was . . . I have no clue. Any ideas?

If that photo doesn't work, try this link: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/photo.php?pid=30459539&id=82301779

I don't know if she made it public. If it still doesn't work, let me know and I'll download and repost it.

It's definitely not a buthid. That leaves:

Chactas exsul

Neochactas delicatus

Opisthacanthus elatus

Thanks for narrowing it down a bit, Connie. Let me do a few image searches and see if I can't confirm something.
