| 75watts is what I use.
Ceramic would be costlier but better since they last way longer.
It depends how close you keep the bulb to the scorpions. I keep mine pretty close. | |

| I live in the UK and I use a 25 watt bulb.
I have all my red bulbs linked to dimmers. I have a seperate dimmer for each tank. This means that I can turn the bulbs up or down which also controls different temperature levels.

| If your room is at least 75 degrees than I wouldn't worry about it. They spend most of their time in their burrows anyways. | |
