I have a pair of Mesobuthus gibbosus and I think the female is gravid,or else she is a very fat lady At least I think its the female.Was planning to sex her but she's very fat so I'm a little afraid to disturb her to much. But I have a few questions.....Thanks How long time do it normaly takes from mating to a brood ? And how many scorplings will there come ?

if you think she is gravid you should remove the other scorpion. im not to sure about this sp. but i have had a few pairs of Mesobuthus martensi and twice now i have ended up with a dead scorpion due to her aggressiveness before she popped.
Im not too sure how long it takes but mine had 12 that never made it past there first molt. some were still embryos.

Hi ,
gestation period is 6-8 month and the average brood size 20-30 scorplings.
