UNIQUE ANIMAL EXPO AND PET FAIR

Location:
Washington County Fairgrounds
Hillsboro, Oregon

Date: February 23rd and 24th

Time: 10 AM to 5 PM

Entrance cost:
$7 Adults
$4 Seniors
$3 Kids 6-12
Free to kids <6 w/ paid adult

"The Unique Animal Expo is open to the public and trade buyers. We offer 114 vendor booths. The Exhibit area is setup so that Live Birds and Supplies are in one area, Live Reptiles and Supplies are in another area, and Live Mammals and Supplies in another area. Through out the whole area is Animal related Merchandise."

I've been to this event at least four times -- usually a great tarantula selection, so-so scorpion selection, and sometimes they have myriapods as well. (The main focus is vertibrates, but there's enough inverts to make it worth going.)

The show was awesome -- I've never seen that many scorpions at a con before (last time, this one had one lonely little V. spinigerus on a table full of tarantulas). They even had five or six deathstalkers.

Pictures thread soon to be updated . . .
