| it was a programme on bbc one about pedigree dogs. the dogs have been mutated for dog shows. some of the effects are truly disgusting. dogs with skulls too small for thier brains, that live thier life in extreme pain. and german shepards with back legs that are like too small for them. its really sad. |

| i managed to miss it aswell maybe it was a bbc scotland programe if you have those, i knw wales have there own tv, do you guys? altho that does sound like it would be on for everyone tbh.
i guess it would be rather bad to watch, but thats how we get pedigrees really isnt it, it all stems from inbreeding so something is bound to go wrong eventually, or did you mean they litterally mutated them with a hammer or something (not literally a hammer but you know what i mean) |

well they have done something to make the dogs look like that. however it isn't natural. |

| i know pedigree's have been imbred etc. etc. , but now it's gotten to far. thier lives are miserable. and the dogs that aren't born to the standards of the show dog thing, (they aren't all mutated) even if the puppy is perectly happy and beautiful, they put it to sleep. |

| that sucks i know, they should start trying to breed them back to the orginal bloddlines (wolves) after all i think they are healthier that way, but not as tame i guess lol all i think they did that to get wolf hounds. |
