Sweet! I was excited when mine did that. But her burrows kept collapsing, and ever since I put in 30% excavator sand, she won't burrow. Sad

I think most burrow next to the glass because they run into it while burrowing and kind of just follow it. Mine has built three large burrows in her cage and all are next to the glass. It does make for some good viewing. My favorite is coaxing a cricket in the burrow and watching them swoop in for the kill.

I usually build my own burrows near the glass and they use them.

I use aquarium sand. 1:1:1 Course sand, fine sand and dirt. Mixed with water until thoroughly moist set and forget. When it is dry put your scorp in. He'll do the rest.

I swear I remember seeing such a "huge corporation petstore" when I was in the UK . . . and I think it was a Petco . . . scratch

thats what i mean all the large "corparation" types only seem to sell mammals and fish lol in general if we want a reptile or anything exotic we have to go to a specialist store its a good thing when you think about it tho. although wats truly pathetic is we have so called specialist shops that still dont know what there doing 0_X
