these thing are a pain in the <butt> you have to get them a certin kind of ants sorry if im wrong

it was originally beleived that they wouldnt do well with ants, but a few people have managed to breed them and they will take crix and basically everything especially now we have some cb ones and yeah thats a baby horned lizard

yeah thats true. they're quite accurate with it, to. i think its primarily against dingoes and foxes.

I heard it doesn't need to be a certain type of ants but that feeding them crickets damages their tongue.

We have them locally but they are pretty fast.

thats not true lol, they would eat anything in the wild they can just like most lizards, but they do specialize in ants, yeah i saw a video of some dude trying to catch one there were like six near each other he dived on them and managed to get one but all the others were gone

I caught something similar on a mountain in central Oregon -- they run quick but after you catch 'em they hold still.

lol id love to be able to go out and find herps, we only have a few in england, we have a legless lizard iv found those before it was funny, i found an adder once aswell. but anyway another lizard i love are these lil guys... armadillo lizards

Yeah but theres so few of them left in the wild now I never see them. Also might be that I live in the city area -.- I Hate the city... So many rules.

yeah they are now classedas threatend in texas, luckily they are protected and cant be collected without a permit, but they aint too bright, they bask on roads and thats how alot die.

theres one lizard that would be amazing to have, would just be an amazing display peice lol

the thory devil! those are really cute when they are babies, and the way they obtain water is quite amazing....

do you mean the letting rain water collect or the other bit where they dig substrates onto there back so the water filters out onto them, both are pretty amazing
