Number one is definitely a male, number three is definitely a female.

I'm not 100% on number two, as the bottom of the container isn't as clear, but I'm leaning towards female because I think I can see a "split" in the operculum plate.

@tattoowolf: Any chance you could get another pic of scorp number two?

Well #2 does seem to fall somewhere in the middle right? I’m basing it on the angle of the pectines #1 (male ) has almost a /\ shape while the other two have a / \ shape, usually the females of any species have wider pectines, according to Michiel on AB, this is due to females needing the extra space for birth.
