It's definitely not Paruroctonus xanthus, as this species is found in North America.
It's difficult to see what species it is. Can you take a clear picture, rather than shaky video?
However, it doesn't look like it is Leiurus quinquestriatus, but don't quote me on that. Be careful handling scorpions you haven't got a definite ID for.
