I am in the works of installing a home theater in one of my unused bedrooms.
I began to wonder if the noise will stress out the animals I keep.....ie scorpions and centipedes primarily.
The theater room and the animal room are not right next to each other, but certainly there will be some bleed through from one room to the other.
This being said, do inverts need a quiet room or will noise stress them, shorten their lifespan etc.?
These animals don't hear as I understand it, they feel. So, I should be able to "insulate" them from sound, right? Enclosure within an enclosure to keep sound from them, rubber mat under the enclosure.....things like that...do I have this right?
