| My A. australis molted last night (pictures soon to come). You guys know that I'm still learning in many aspects of this trade, so I was wondering if you guys could tell me about what instar it is? Here's an older pic from when I first got it. I was thinking 4i at the time of the pic and just molted to 5i, but I'm not sure. My australis is the only one I've ever actually seen in person and not in pictures. There is a penny in this pic for size comparison. For those that are not from the US, the diameter of a penny is 3/4" or 19.5mm. With that in mind, in this picture, it looks like if I stretched the scorp out, it would be about 1 1/2" (40mm) long. Whatcha think? | |

| I would also say in the 4-5i stage, can't be sure though because I never did any measurements on mine but going from memory thats where I would guess. | |

| Awesome. Thank you. Good to know my eye isn't too terribly off. I also posted it on Scorpion Planet on FB. I'll post here with whatever answers I get there. | |

| Lol. I feel your pain. That's the way I am with my LQ. Been like 3 months and no molt. I'm getting worried. He's burrowed himself, though, for the past couple weeks. Hopefully that's a good sign. | |
