PostSubject: The New Centruroides gracilis Enclosure   7/15/2013, 4:19 pm

So this is my first time using live plants in the enclosure, that's why I wanted to make sure they would be ok with a zilla 50w day blue bulb. I bought two ivy plants for $3, and a fern for $4 at Home Depot. I didn't think pothos would look as good in the tank than ivy or the fern, plus I wanted to try something new. I gotta say, adding live plants really adds to the natural aesthetic look, and I'm going to be doing this to more of my tanks.

Here it is!

The scorpions seem to like it. Very Happy

I'd like to dedicate this enclosure to our good friend Joey (Shakudo), who make some of the most stunning and realistic setups for his pet scorpions. You're an inspiration to me bro! In fact you all are, as of 7/9/13 I have been in the hobby for 7 months and you all helped me along the way teaching me all kinds of stuff, and helping me discover one of my true passions.

Looks great! Looks like your scorps are enjoying it as well. Just keep that humidity up! Smile
