this is curly, my curly hair tarantula, the molt was a mess so I couldn't determin if its a boy or girl. but he/she got darker in color after the molt. it molted about 7-10 days ago. I waited to pick it up.

Tarantulas can get darker after molts. My B. Vagans used to be blue-ish with a orange abdomen, but now it is black with a red abdomen. What is the leg span of your tarantula? Beautiful specimen by the way. Very Happy

its about 3-4 inches..

I think it has one more molt before it matures but im not sure.

it hasn't bit me yet ive held it 3 times so far

I try not to disturb it , he/she stays under the log most of the time.
