Welcome to the new Species Photo Directory.

Please post any questions, queries, suggestions etc. you may have regarding the directory here to avoid cluttering the section.

I hope that many more people will submit some great pictures over the coming weeks/months/years, and the directory will become a useful and interesting feature of the forum.

I would just like to thank everyone who has so far submitted or allowed the use of their photos for the directory. It has filled up far quicker than I imagined and is looking great. I'm still working through pictures from a couple of members, so expect more exceptional photos to be added soon.

There's still plenty more species that are being kept by you lovely members that aren't yet represented in the directory, though.

Where have all the Heterometrus spp. keepers disappeared to? Any Opistophthalmus spp. keepers out there? What about Hoffmannius spinigerus and all the other little Vaejovids that our US members have living in their back yard?

We've only got one Centruroides spp. listed. One! There's bazzillions of Centruroides and I know that plenty of them are in the hobby.

Tityus spp.!! Not even one. Shameful

i wanna contribute some of my pics. will you guys be responsible for classifying them according to family? (since i really suck at scorp taxonomy)

Just give us genus and species we'll take care of it.

There's been a number of new species added over the past few days and lots of new pictures.

It's kinda hard for me to post my picures since I use my phone for everything. But I'll get to them little by little if one of the mods wants to just some up for me too...I wouldn't object.
I do have some centruroides, r.junceus, grosphus species I've been meaning to put up.

I.e. get them off some of your old posts and put them in the directory?

Sorry, four new species into the directory. I forgot about the Hottentotta judaicus.

I updated the Directorym, I thought it was deserving of it's own section instead of being bundled up with the Learning the Hobby section. I hope you guys enjoy this lay out. Any questions or concerns can be posted here.
