| i dont know about the female being gravid because she is the same size as the male... also not sure about them being adults because they both have creamy colored telsons which means sub-adult in emperor scorpions but im not sure if thats the same in H. longimanus. they look the same age which could just be coincidence or they could be brother and sister so...no babies. ... but dont trust everything i say, wait for some more replys. |

| i think incest among insects and arahnids isnt so bad ...crickets, roaches, mealworms and other food animals do it all the time. |

| If you got them from a pet store, odds are both are WC so it's totally up in the air whether or not they're related. If they are, there's no worries, just do a bloodline exchange with some other hobbyists every few generations. As for age I'm not quite positive that they're both adults. Their telsons are a lot lighter-colored than my adult female's. Also, don't worry about them being "fat." If a scorpion eats too much it simply stops eating. _________________ If your emperor scorpion stops eating, don't panic. | My reviews | My Bug Pictures | My blogBe nice -- you were a noob once, too "Never ask an engineer to explain something, because he will." |

| Kevin, you should start new threads rather than going back to old ones that are more than a few months old. Try posting your question on a new thread and i'm sure that it'll be answered very quickly _________________ Each and every scorpion has it's epic tale.

| Or instead of saying "I'm confused," you could post a picture. _________________ If your emperor scorpion stops eating, don't panic. | My reviews | My Bug Pictures | My blogBe nice -- you were a noob once, too "Never ask an engineer to explain something, because he will." |
