| Most people don't use UV for there snakes as most snakes are nocturnal, but some studies have shown that a lil UV can be beneficial from time to time. So its a personal preference more than it is a necessity |

Neither do I, and Mike it should be enough to take them outside Alas it is often a bit cold here to take them
out for any prolonged period of time 
But as I said I don't bother with UV. I may occasionally give my Western hognoses a bit of UV as they would experience low levels in the wild. |

| Well i don't think i can get one anyway now unfortunatly, gf says she'll never come over again if i do lol. Im going down there with her in about a week to look at some, hopefully i can convince her if not then like, bummer. |

| Ah ha nice lol, well like i said were gonna go down to the local shop in about a week, hopefully she wont mind as much when they take one out and let me hold it etc. She seems to think it will kill her as soon as it see's her, its hard to explain that it so obviously wouldnt, but she doesent beleive me lol. |
