At some point he was kept in a mesh enclosure and has a few scars, and although the last owner loved him very much and regularly used to handle him, she couldn't handle him whilst pregnant and he hasn't been handled in about a year.

But he is ...

I know this is scorpion forum but I figure id ask here first before goin around makin new accounts and all that crud

Has anyone here made any home made setups for snakes? Boas and kings mostly.

Fish tanks are just gettin setup on the floor and start to just look like a cluster.

Mostly lookin for good idea's. Like maybe front door (instead of on top) for easy access. Visibility possible thick plexi glass?

Lighting and heating. Any ideas would be great.

The Chinese Fire Bellied newt possibly was one of my earliest experience with amphibians. Brought home a few and kept them for a few months, before they began going MIA one by one. It turned out they were masterful escape artists, I was lucky enough to catch my last one scaling ...

Unfortunately I am a bad pet caregiver. I have been waiting for months to build a new enclosure for my Nile Monitor. Fortunately I just acquired the $300+ it will cost to build it. On a whim this morning my dad and I started building this beast.

The dimensions are 4' x 4' x 6 1/2'. This enclosure is sort of shaped like superman's symbol and the enclosure itself it only 4' high. None the less here are some pics of the progress. The guy in the pics is my pops in case you were wondering.
