i got tagged collecting 2n instars last night by 3rd instar
felt like some one stuck a hot needle in my finger for about 15 min
several hours later cant tell i was even tagged at all
i dont know if its cause i have thick skin from work or he didnt light me up with a good dose

sounds like you got lucky, those girls can pack a punch if they want to. it could have been the fact that it's still small and can't deliver enough venom to have cause any severe issues.
