Yes i know stupid me!

I was observing my community of Lq's and i noticed one just lying tail relaxed. I blew on it and it remained motionless so i picked it onto my palm. It then "revived" and started crawling on my hand. I didn't panic but was very careful so as not startle it so I kept my eyes focused on it and then set it down back in the tank. I guess i put my hand on a Lq on the way down and as the one that was crawling down came off that one stung me. I had about 2 hours of sleep that day and after a sharp pain that lasted 45 minutes from my fingers to my elbow. I just went to sleep. I'm not sure if the venom was to blame or I was just very exhausted. The scorpion that got me was an adult.
