Ugh, I swore that I wouldn't disappear again almost a year ago but you can't control reality. So, at any rate, I ended up getting this sweet lease on a place and a contract putting in a Home Depot a few towns over and then the landlord told me she decided that she didn't want to rent to my "kind" (single male) and showed a serious disdain for the type of animals I kept even though the other side of the duplex had an adult Pit Bull. The next step was to move into a camper and right before that happened I lost my adult female H. longipes and a handful of slings, so I stashed the animals with a friend until he moved and then had them in the camper with me for the summer (surprisingly, I didn't lose anything there - good husbandry on my part). I got laid off not long after moving into the camper and denied my unemployment by the end of August (tough times in the land of the rich and home of the slave). I got back into school at the end of July, working on my B.A. in secondary education and ended up back at my sis' by late August. So, I'm back again...it's always really frustrating catching up after being gone for a while, even if it's just a week at the rate the hobby progresses, so I'll try my best to be on top of things. I haven't gotten any new scorps since last summer and my collection has dwindled down to 2 scorps and 4 t's - I'm working on that though. I owe Ron Lech big time because I had an order with him that he was holding onto when I dropped off the face of the earth earlier this year - I'll make it up to him. That's the gist of my story of the year, there's a lot more but I'm not going to lay it all out right off the bat.

If I knew what I was coming back to...I may very well have stayed gone! We post FAQs because they are Frequently Asked Questions and there are more pressing matters. It was great a year and a half ago when we were progressing but now, the honeymoon is over and it's grown stagnant. I'm out of here, this place has become a breeding ground for idiots with no controls set. I'll be where the science and hobby is progressing not regressing.
