From Juv to subs they need a more humidity. Decrease the humidity as they age. Mine is 3I right now. I have him on a mix of peat (straight from my emp tank so it's really moist) and sand. It's about half and half. At sub-adult age I recomend maybe 1/3 or 1/4 moist peat and the rest sand. Keep them warm and they eat very often in intervals. Taking some time fast. So to break it down for you

Enclosure: kk will work (something smaller even)
Substrate: 1/3 moist peat with 2/3 sand(this counts as humidity as well)
decor: they enjoy a good hide half burried into the ground.
Heat: 80-85F
Food: Average 1 meal every 2 weeks
Water: NONE.
